In Dayton, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Ohio, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 8:30 am–5:30 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Cleveland Dental Institute - The Flats at (937) 640-3388; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is cdiohio.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Dayton is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Dayton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr Michael is an outstanding dentist. From full extractions, to a complete set of dentures. He explained everything to me step by step. His professionalism is unmatched. His experience was amazing to say the least. I heard nightmares of improper dentures not fitting, especially the bottom ones. This man is so damn good the first set fit like a glove. I don't even need glue or paste to keep them in place. I've been to every dentist in dayton and I am yet to meet this mans equal in his field. I had to have all my bottom teeth pulled because of cavities and gum loss, to prepare for shoulder replacement. From the very onset this man made me feel at ease and comfortable because of his demeanor and professionalism. I can't say enough of Dr Michael at Cleveland dental on Warren st( the flat's) Dayton Ohio. I was so happy I gave that man a hug. Not to mention the guys personality of light-heartedness mixed with compassion and empathy. The front desk was amazing, they worked with me and got me in and out on every visit. The assistant and other workers there are well trained and versed in dental care. Ty all so much . I have even a better smile than before. I can't quit smiling. Because a ma

I brought my daughter in on Saturday, July 25th, to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted. The Dentist who did her procedure was really friendly and did an amazing job. Everything went smoothly and quickly. My daughter had almost no pain and has only taken Ibuprofen once to manage pain since. She is healing way better than expected...now on her 4th day of healing. The staff at this Warren St location is amazing. If you're afraid of the Dentist, this place is a game changer. I wish all people could have a Dentist like the one who did my daughter's teeth.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been trying to get my child’s wisdom teeth and a molar removed since October 2025. We have gone in 2 times and they have either not know what they are doing, to wanting a pull random teeth that were never the issue. We also sat for hours with an appointment. I could go on. They were yelling at patients next to us. Do not bring your kids here

My husband is who left the other review here about the rude call. It happened, I heard it and was sitting right there. These people lie constantly and they are not to be trusted. I saw the follow-up comment and I urge everyone to think twice e about trusting your health with these people. They don’t treat their patients as human beings. I was seen in the Dayton office but was originally slated for here.

Dr. Gaydaychuk has been my dentist for the past six months, and my experience has been excellent. He worked on a tooth that had prior root canal treatment and truly made me feel heard while addressing the issue effectively. He is professional, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone with dental concerns. Five stars
